Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 July 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Panda ToDo app and the associated website at pandatodo.com, operated by Jusuf Azer (eSales Ninja).
Conflicting terms of the user are not recognised unless we expressly agree to their application in writing.
2. Description of services
Panda ToDo is a task management application. The specific feature set depends on the version of the app installed.
The app provides a task list on the home screen with create, edit, mark as done, archive, and assign a priority level (Low / Medium / High). Tasks are stored locally on your device; cloud synchronisation between devices is not currently available.
The app is intended for use on Android, iOS, and in the web browser.
3. Use
3.1 Cost
Use of the app is currently free of charge. If paid features are introduced, users will be informed in advance in an appropriate manner.
3.2 Permitted use
The app may only be used lawfully and as intended. Users are responsible for the content of their tasks and other entries.
3.3 No user account
No user account is required for the current version. If accounts or sync features are introduced, supplementary terms will apply, which we will communicate to you.
4. Availability
We strive for stable availability of the app and website but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and technical disruptions may cause temporary limitations.
5. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for damage arising from injury to life, body, or health.
In the case of slight negligence in breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
The above limitations of liability do not apply where mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
6. Privacy
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may amend these Terms when objective reasons require it (e.g. new app features, legal requirements). We will inform you of material changes in an appropriate manner. The current version is available on the website.
8. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Place of jurisdiction for merchants and legal entities under public law is the provider's registered office, where permitted by law.
If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
